Request Badge

Southeast Region name badges are now available to order.
Each badge comes with a magnetic back. The cost of each badge is $18, slightly below the actual cost to the club.

If you desire a new badge, please fill out the form below.

It will notify our Membership Director Millie Horton of your request for a badge. She will follow up with you when she receives your request.

IMPORTANT: Please specify exactly how the name on the badge should read. For example: Robert Smith vs. Bob Smith. Limited to 24 characters.

How do you wish to pay for the badge?
How to Pay
To pay by check, make the check payable to the RROC Southeast Region for $18, and send it to this address:

Click the SUBMIT button to notify Millie of your choice to pay by check.

Click the SUBMIT button to go to the PayPal website to pay $18 for your badge.  You have the option to use your PayPal account or use your charge card.
